The distance to Wemen from Robinvale is only about 40 kilometres and you may be rewarded with good fishing away from some of the crowds upstream.

The children will enjoy the many expanses of sandbars and the beach-like atmosphere and setting.

As with most stretches of the Murray River around Robinvale-Euston you can camp with plenty of space around you but know that should you need anything, a township is not far away.

A local shop provides for bait and fuel along with food and cold drinks.

Consider a visit to Hattah Kulkyne National Park whilst in this area and explore the many archaeological sites there, including canoe and shield trees and the remains of middens.
